After much time in searching for Cai's missing body, Danny just gave up. It's gone, and there's nothing he can do about it. Well, at least he has the body of the person he has meet before on one occasion. Though, he doesn't know a trick if he could use Claire's powers or not. Without them, what chance does he staand against the Dark Form? And even then, how will he ever find M? Tired and wanting to take a break, Danny headed to an outside vendor selling some soda. Buying a drink, he leaned against a wall and sat on the ground... thinking. "All of this, my fault. I didn't even know until it was too late. And even then, I still have Exèlixi to worry about. The team is scattered, M is somewhere in this multiverse, and I'm... alone."

Suddenly Danny felt something fly right into his back as his body jerked and shook in every direction,

“Get... Out...” the same words echoed in his head as the voice kept getting louder.

"Agh! Stop please!" He grabbed his head in pain. The voice was actually causing Danny pain, and as it echoed more and more, the pain grew.

”GET OUT!!!”

"STOP!!! IT HURTS!!!" He now fell to his side, still grabbing his head. This voice won't stop until he leaves. But if he does, where will he go? He'll have no body to protect his own, and his own body is too powerful that he can't afford it to fall into the wrong hands if he loses.

“THIS BODY IS FOR MY JACK AND HIM ONLY!!!”

"Hngh!!! Wait... YOUR Jack? Claire? Claire is that you?"

“Y-YOU KNOW ME?! Tch, either way, GET OUT IF MY BODY AT ONCE!!!”

"You don't know me?! And I can't, I have nowhere to go and no way to protect my own body. Just... stop this pain, please..."

“Leave...I don't care who you are, I need my body to find my love!!!”

"You mean Jack right? I know him too, we're good friends!"

“And get this disgusting suit off me!!!”

"Not suit, armor. And no, it's not disgusting it's awesome! Anyway, I have meet with Jack before, even though you don't know me and I DO know you. You're Claire Heart, the Grim Reaper of your world with your power of death. You love Jack to the ends of the Earth and will not stop loving him no matter what." Whether Danny knows that telling Claire he knows THAT much about her is a good idea or not, he doesn't know.

“Listen, I need my body to chase my love. Take yourself and your ugly suit off and out of my body!!!”

"I can't! I'll be out in the open and unprotected! My body itself is really powerful, I can't risk anyone taking it. And... I'm trying to find my love too..."

“Get out... or the screams come back.”

"No please! I'll... I'll get the armor off..." Danny's armor fades away, revealing the clothes Claire has worn underneath.

“Good. Now out.”

"Umm... how about a deal? Please? I can't be a target and I can grant you additional powers."

"Well, seeing as how your body was soulless before when I found it, I can make sure it doesn't happen again and offer protection from others."

“I can protect my own body you damn germ.”

"Considering your body was soulless when I found it, I don't think so."

“That's because I... Tch, look I'm here so get out.”

"I told you, I'm not until I find a strong body to protect myself in."

“Hmm... then let's strike a deal hmm?”

"I literally suggested a deal before... but okay."

“Yeah, but mine are better parasite”

"My name is Danny, not 'parasite' Claire. Just say what it is."

“I get control of my body and you can just rest inside until I find you a better body."
"Umm... no. How about we both get shared control of the body instead? That is, until I find a better one and get out." Danny knew that it was an unfair deal, with Claire getting the most out of it. Maybe he can try to make his own that she'll agree with.

The noises start again. “How about I get to be in control 2/3 of the time hmm?”

"No, we both control 1/2 of our own times."

The screams getting louder and higher. “Excuse you, But I believe you forget who's in charge here.”

"Grr... Well, if you won't be reasonable..." What felt to be like a drill started to pierce into Claire's consciousness, causing her pain.

“GAH!!! I-IT HURTS!!!”

"It stops when you agree. And if you take my turn to control away from me by force, I will do it again. I don't want to do this more than I need to Claire, so just please accept the terms of the deal."

She just smirks, “So, her name is M huh? Hehehe...”

"You're reading my memories huh? You do know I can do that same. Oh look, here's one about your sister."

“Tch... Well would be a shame if M was to... disappear...”

"... Do you want me to multiply that pain you felt before by 3? Because if you dare try to magically kill her now, I will never forgive you. I am trying to find her, but I don't know where she is. I will put your own consciousness into a coma or make your braindead if you even try to do it!"

“Then agree to my deal”

"If you agree on my terms, then yes. Shared control, 50/50. It's not gonna get better and it's not gonna get worse. It's fair for the both of us. AND DON'T YOU DARE SAY IT ISN'T!"

“Am I the one who took your body without consent? Huh?"

"And I practically saved it from getting possessed by someone worse probably. The body I was in before was stolen, so your body could've been stolen if I didn't possess it."

“I don't care, 2/3 or your leaving.”
"... We're gonna keep arguing about this aren't we?"

“Until you agree.”

"... Fuck it. I'm only agreeing since I literally can't take this shit anymore. BUT, you're gonna let me control your body at least for now so I can finish my drink."

“Tch, fine. But then your instantly giving me control got that?! And you'll listen to my rules... and try one pervy thing and I'll force you out."

"I'm not gonna do anything pervy. I have my own priorities and I need to find out where my friends are. As for the rules, that depends on what they are." Danny sat back on the ground to finish his drink. It's weird, he knows Claire yet this is a Claire he doesn't know. He'll have to deal with her and put up with her shit until he move to another body. But for now, they're staying with each other.
