Successfully injurying Tifa that was not strong enough in the blonde body of Scarlet, the duo of the Shinra got the victim of the wrath of Cloud, Barrett and Red XIII. Broken to piece, the giant machina exploded, killing Heidegger in the process and ending the ambition of that company that has ruled the world until today. While the party was putting their friend in a safety place and were going to defeat Hojo, the only remaining member of the Shinra, someone emerged from the corpse of the Proud Clod. Healivy injured, having lost an arm and a leg, Scarlet was still alive thanks to Tifa's body amazing thoughness. Rescued by some of her soldiers that she let as backup, she survived by a thin air but with her head disfigured and that body unable to move naturally anymore, she knew she had nothing anymore to hope.
