i've been searching for pics of the rising Phoenix for awhile now and i got tired of constantly seeing the same old colors being used; your choice of drawing the Phoenix as white-hot in opposition to the red and orange fire creates a beautiful contrast

I've been meaning to ask sooner, but would you mind if I did this drawing in tribal art? It would just be the phoenix, and I would give you credit for the picture and send a link back to the origonal drawing and a link back to your page (And by give you credit, I just mean I'd get credit for the tribal version, you'd get credit for the origonal artwork.). I can garuntee that I won't go against my word, since I've done remakes like this (You could go look in my gallery under the tribal folder for proof.). If not, I completely understand. What's not to get? The phoenix looks perfect, as well as the background! Maybe if you looked at your art from a different viewpoint, then you'd see its perfection (just suggesting).

This is really pretty
You definitely gave out a good "fier" look - no doubts about that!
The smudge tool used for the flames is a tiny bit too obvious though, so I would porpose you do some single fire uh.. "strands" by hand, no smudge
Also,I would love the bird to be more 'gold', or well yellowish, because the black mixing with white pulls the overal fieryness down a bit...
It would be really AWESOME, if you used some blue to the piece, as the 'heart',hottest part of a flame is blue
Just my two cents, I really love the dynamism in this one though!

This is BEAUTIFUL! However, the Benji '05 is a bit "loud." A nice scripture of Benj '05 placed in the corner would have looked better.
