A while back I had to create a portrait of a fictional character for my portrait class.I could chose whichever character I wanted, from whatever show, book, series or whatever and I immediately wanted to do a character from Code Geass, my favorite anime.
I couldn't quite chose at the time between Euphemia Li Britannia and CC, but finally opted for Euphy because of her fabulous hair. And I like fabulous stuff ;DΒ
Either way, I felt CC deserved a tribute as well so here it is!Β

Daaaaaamn..... I said it before and I'll say it again (this remembers me of a song... lol xD) but the way you redesigned this characters, picturing them more like real persons... it's amazing. You captured their personality perfectly. I can't wait to see more. Will you ever do Lelouch?

This is amazing! I really like your style
I have a question, though. I recently turned down NHTV due to realising that it's not really the thing for me. ( Too architechtural and focused on 3D visual art instead of 2D )Β
What kind portrait class do you attend to and where? I've been searching around for good courses in the Netherlands, but they never seem to be what I'm looking for ( which is to learn important fundamentals in order to improve my art, so I could eventually get into concept art.)Β

Oh, this class I am speaking of was done by an artist friend of mine in an art community called Crimson Characters whom we're both part of.Β
Well, I was at least, at the time. Sorta stepped out of it for reasons I won't give.
The artists name is Suzanne Helmigh, she taught me along with 3 other people. It was pretty cool ^^ Changed my perspective on how to approach faces and definitely encouraged me to get into painting them more, which was the main purpose she confessed in the end. That we would be more encouraged to and thus improve on our own a lot as well.Β
I don't think she gives these portrait classes anymore though, unfortunately.Β
