There were scrapes and lines in the cactus (leaf?) . . and it reminded me of a hand also. I decided to play off it. I'm happy you saw it.

It is a cactus... a very very large one and it was almost fuchia! then I layered it with some texture..but really it's about the cactus.

ah yes. now that i know it is a cactus, i say, sheee-it, i knew that succulent is a cactus. somewhere way back in my brain i knew that.
