Here are a bunch of doodles and sketches I did a while back! I really love looking back on these. I tend to draw things like this when I'm just warming up. It's just a myriad of things from observational drawings to compelled from my mind drawings.Also, Occupy White Space cats... XD

It was just a year ago I think that I decided to change my style; More than once have I sketched the same drawing or expression because something didn't look right xD

I don't ever really bother deliberately changing my style. I just have trouble squashing and stretching my faces the way I desire them to look. Which is hard when you don't know how you WANT it to look, haha! I have to break my mindset in order to be able to draw something like snarling rage where it contorts a lot of the face.

Haha yeah, itβs difficult to tell whatβs improvement when you never really know what your finished style looks like xD But I suppose thatβs the beauty of it too.
I usually get my sister angry on purpose just so I can see how her face scrunches up 8B Sheβs got a nice angry face~

Aw, everyone has a set style even when they're just sketching. Style is more than the finished appearance of things. It goes all the way down to subjects, technical skills, compositional choices, color, line width, even the tools you use.
