Sly Cooper's father Connor Cooper in my design.It's a mixture of his comic appearance, Sly's ourfit, and his look in the cutscene in TIT.
His cane can fire lasers.
In my story Dr. M was ticked because Connor used his inventions and didn't give him ant credit.
