Basically Randy cosplaying in a Black Star-like outfit.

I tried to combine both Black Star's Original and Spartoi(manga) outfit, but I just like his previous look so much better. The later design is mainly njust the scarf and the bandages around the arms before the gloves. I also replaced the star clan symbol with that of the Norisu Nine. Meaning I also put that spiral in Randy's eyes to represent Black Star's madness fits. I also tried to make his hair a bit more spiky in the back.

I just see a few similarities to these characters.

1. Both may be in a proffesion that requires stealth, Randy being a ninja and Black Star being an Assassin, but they are incredibly unstealthy. Randy constantly shouting his attacks and Black☆Star's constant boasting makes them both extremely loud and noticeable.

2. Both use their scarfs to grab things (Black Star in the manga only).

3.Both have a weapon that changes form (at least in my story. See Randy's Brush of the Burning Blade in my gallery).

In terms of which of them is my favorite. It's kinda divided between personality and powers.

Randy has the better personality due to him being more humble. Black Star maybe goes through some better character development in the Manga (which I'm checking out), but he still loses points since Randy's personality was always better, even before the ninja-ing and character development happened.

In terms of powers, Black Star hands down. He has Anime Bad@$$ery on his side. Randy may have his crazy Tengu-ninja powers. But Black Star's speed, the Enchanted Swords ultimate power, and especially his mastery of his Soul Wavelength would defiantly make him the better fighter than Randy.
