Alias: Donald Gill

Donald Gill was a former henchman for Hammerhead who was very tired of him forcing him to rob a Bank and got arrested multiple times. Fed up, he created a Cryogenic Battle-Suit inspired by Iron Man and steals a Gem from Horizon High while Everyone busy doing their Projects and he completed creating his Battle Suit and dubbed himself "Blizzard". As the ice cold villain, Blizzard began to freeze Hammerhead and his gang as Revenge and after freezing Hammerhead he planned to freeze Manhattan into a New Ice age.
