While Sly may have a friendly rivalry with Rouge, his relationship with the Babylon Rogues is a lot more unfriendly. Sly's gang may have more experience and is better at their respective fields, but the Rogues just tend to swoop in, take what they want, and ride off on their gear. Their extreme cockiness and arrogance really gets on the C gangs nerves but they just one up them with skill, technology, and combat.
