Remember Cicadas, those bugs that only come out every decade and a half or so (my dad says 15 years)

These guys have been asleep since the 90s, for 16 years in fact (they say they sleep for 17 years in Turbo's world). Wait, what's the year in Turbo's world?

Since they've been asleep since the 90's they have tons of 90s junk and sayings and gags. Their resting place also has tons of 90s junk.

The only way to stop them is to use a song called "The Muchacabra", A song based off of the Macarana. That song was one of my favorites when I was younger.

This is actually the first non-villain of my Stats series. They may have started to take the snail's food, but they weren't being evil about it. They were just being pests.
