Someone asked some doubts that might be quite useful before commenting, which are the following:
Like in your tutorial, is Premier 100% free?
Yes it is. So don't worry if you have to pay for an account.
I don't have a bank account nor credit card. Can I still create an account and go "Go to my account"?
Firstly, if you don't have a bank account nor credit card, you can still receive money from others and keep them on your account. Unless you got a bank account or credit card, your money might possibily automatically go to your bank account or credit card.
What's the purpose with linking to a bank account or credit card?
It's when you receive money via commissions, or via gifts, etc., it will be automatically (Or you have to transfer it) to your bank account or credit card. So with Paypal, you can earn money and you'll get the money on your account or credit card. A good way to earn (extra) money too.
Do I need to put some money on my account before "working" on it?
Nope. So you can just start with your account with no money on your account. c:

Great tutorial but um... When I started to make a paypal account it only offered Personal or Business and I did personal and that kind of jacked up my account because it went way too awkward for me to set up so I shut it down... I live in the US btw so that's what it only offers.. @3@

Um, I'm trying to get a PayPal and I'm using this tutorial to make sure I get everything right ^.^
But on the screen that asks for country and language, it only shows the following two options:
PayPal for Personal Use: Get a personal account for personal use.
PayPal for Business and Nonprofits: Get a business account for use by businesses and nonprofit organizations.
I click on the personal one, right?
They don't have the Personal/Premier/Business option anymore, just personal and business...

I think I got the second one....well, I can create a button to sell something, but from there I don't know what else I have to do if I do a comission and must receive the payment.

I have two accounts and I usually take two completely seperate commissions on them. I've been looking into using the new "commissions widget" on my second account, and then ill send it to my Paypal. But, I've already used my Paypal on my other account. Do you know if you can use the same PayPal for two seperate accounts? I'm worried that dA will think I'm cheating them or something!
