At first, Then Mikey and Casey kept calling him. "Dada Raph" and he didn't correct them! Then later on in another episode he told the 80's counter parts "He's a baby alien turtle I am raising" He's totally accepted the Daddy roll! haha!

Maybe he got promoted to dad when Chompy's mom left him in Raph's care. So that would make him more of a dad than an uncle. I am glad they didn't kill his mom off
