Keeping up a tradition for my friend's OC XDLong story short, based on a RP between Tasha (Her character) and Raphael (TMNT)
In the Chatwing series , they've known each other for a long time. Tasha only realizing now she's in love with Raphael. But he has never felt the same way and is madly in love with Mona Lisa. But since Mona Lisa is out in Space fighting wars, Tasha has took the opportunity to force Raphael to love her. By the use of her toxic flowers and pheromones.

That would be that OC's doing. She is a former plant mutant, who took the retromutagen. But had an unfortunate obsession with herbs, plants, flowers as a human. So, she has been experimenting with Mutagen, etc and made this underground garden and turning herself mutant again. (I don't think in their story line they've found all this out yet. She's just a weird human!)
