If there was ever an episode where Raph or any of the turtles completely lost it (just like in the old 1980's cartoon, or better yet the 2003 episode where Don double mutated) and one or all of them ended up hurting their loved ones, they'd just die emotionally...
It'd be extremely terrible for Raph if that happened because one of his worst fears came true (A fear that out ranks his fear of bugs (mostly cockroaches))...his fear of himself (or better yet his temper)
