All of these fan-created Digimon were featured in the video We Created MISSING Rookies for Digimon Frontier Spirits! by Karn EX . Each of them belongs to Karn EX and their respective artist(s), who you can find mentioned in the video and in the video description.
As the video indicates, these Digimon are the Rookie/Child forms for the Spirit Digimon from Digimon Frontier: specifically, the ones that did not receive them. We have:
- Sapomon
- Poppetmon
- Koblinmon
- Apothemon
- Caracalmon & Lykoimon
- Senkoumon
- Korimon
- and Farfallamon
Currently, this is just the first small sampling of the many fan-made Digimon that exist in the Ultima-Verse...many of which are likely going to come from the same source of Karn EX videos. I like what they've got there, and it's the only channel dedicated to the idea of fan-made Digimon that I can find (with really good quality to boot).
