So I know that TMNT has crossed over with so many franchises: Batman, Ghostbusters, Power Rangers, etc.,. They've even crossed over with Archie (which, I know, is because TMNT had an entire comic line under Archie Comics, but it's still kind of weird). But, through out all of these crossovers, I have often wondered two things:
What would a crossover between Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spider-Man be like?
Why hasn't it happened yet (officially, I can tell that there's probably a lot of fanfiction there)?

There are a lot of things I'd like to see in a TMNT x Spider-Man story. Maybe you could have Shredder teaming up with say, Green Goblin, Kingpin, or the Sinister Six (if the third one happened, I feel like there'd be some kind of joke or fun little moment regarding Rocksteady and Rhino)? Mutagen could turn some of Spider-Man's rogues, or Spider-Man himself, into mutant animal people-which, admittedly, is what happened in the Batman-TMNT crossover. Maybe have The Foot Clan or Krang try to use symbiotes for their own purposes. But, above all else, I'd just want to see Spider-Man and the Turtles interact. It'd be tons of fun. You guys could share some of your ideas for TMNT x Spider-Man stories down below, if you feel like it.

Also, I'm just baffled as to why there hasn't been an official TMNT/Spider-Man crossover. It seems so obvious, and yet, we've never gotten one in the decades since either one's debut. Is it a copyright thing? I don't know.
