Description
Five days after Sam narrowly escaped those train tracks she then decided to go to a cave to explore, while in the cave she comes to a point where the path is caved in, on unstable ground a bit of rock falls from the ceiling of the cave.

Then Sam decides that she should go back but as soon as she takes a step she failed to se the little crevice in front of her, she accidentally steps into the crevice and then she notices
Sam: oh my foot is stuck
then sth steps on a little crack with her left foot and her heel got caught she noticed her heel because of the sudden mis balance, oh no my heel is stuck, Sam said, and she tugs on her leg but it was like something was pulling her heel while trying to get her heel out of the crack she grabs on to the low hanging rocks in the ceiling, then while she was looking at her left foot she felt an unbearable pain and force in her right foot.

A rock had pinned her foot and denied her the ability to move her right foot
Sam: ouch… a.. a ro… a rock has… pinned my.. pinned my foot.

When she tried to move her foot she wailed in pain

the rock more than likely broke her leg
