Given MA901's Android 21's infatuation with Goku, she made a little experiment to go back in time and encounter him when he was younger. She then began to use the Merry-Go-Round Gum ability she got from Giran's cells before he could regrow his Saiyan Tail.

Android 21 was planning on turning the young Saiyan into candy and eat him while being tied up in the Go-Go Gum, but if she did that, the Goku in her time was disappear. So instead, she planned on playing with him, despite being told not to play with her food.
