WOW, would you just look at this cool guy! He practically radiates coolness, I mean, he must be a top-notch Explorer or something, right???
Yeah, so, SURPRISE! Guess who actually DIDN'T evolve into a Gallade!
Boy oh boy, the leader of Team Surprise never ceases to surprise us all, eh? 
Sillyness aside, this actually started off as "I wonder if I could make Kevin look cool/not girly as a Gardevoir", and I ended up liking the idea/design that resulted. And, hey, once I thought about it, I realized that Kevin being a Gardevoir would fit his battling style better than if he were a Gallade.
...I suppose that now the Skitty's out of the bag and all, I might as well upload all the concept sketches I've made of him as a Kirlia, eh?
...Gosh, and to think we still haven't seen his team's third member, or his brother's team either! >.<; 'Course, if you've done some snooping around, you may be able to find out a bit about them. 
Also I recycled the Magnagate from that picture of Team Scorch Beast mystic-blat.deviantart.com/art… , haha. Just thought that was worth pointing out.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and for those in Poke-Heroes-Guild , it might be worth pointing out that Team Surprise leaves the guild sometime when Kevin is still a Kirlia, and has adventures and stuff in the future. However, the comics I make of those future adventures won't be posted to the group, since Team Surprise will have left the Heroes Guild by then. So just a heads up for those in the group that may be interested in seeing those adventures.

((Remember, the Ralts evolution line can sense emotions and stuff.

AZ: Ah well in that case ^-^ -he held up a paw charged with some aura- If he's close enough he should see this nicely in the sky, especially with it being nice and dark it'll illuminate very nicely. -he shot the aura sphere into the air as it exploded like a firework- Now let's head back to shore and start frying up some fish
[That is true, though Telepathy is not a "Dream World" Ability it's their Hidden Ability, Hidden abilities can be found often in Dream World it probably want you meant by that

AZ: I guess they would but only smart Pokemon would understand what it means, if I influenced a red coloring it could be depicted as a SOS emergency signal, but it was just some flashy coloring so unless they are aware of what it means they would just see it as a little light show ^-^

Midori: =w= hmm whatever, just as long as he doesn't interfere with the training nor does he eat my hard earn fish

Midori: Good cause he wasn't getting any of my fish -noms on a cooked fish- If you want one go make it yourself, I gathered some sticks and the fire is right there.
AZ: Alright

Kevin: *picks up a stick* "Okay... um, I've never really... cooked a fish before, could you show me how?"

AZ: Well it's simple, you take a fish and a stick, since the fish is dead it won't mind this ^^ stick the stick into it's mouth and skewer it all the way till it hits the tail. But don't go through the tail. Now you hold it up to the fire and make sure to turn it often so it all comes out cooked and crispy like what I'm doing now.

Midori: That's what the fish is for! Once you're done training you have more fish, enough to make you so full that you fall asleep. And don't worry about after that cause I'll make sure you wake up and stay awake. Now back to the question; Where are you going?

Midori: Well he'll need more then my help. I'm just making him strong enough to handle "Push comes to Shove" situations and basic survival. Socially he'll need a different teacher and I don't think any of this islands misfits are suited to such a task.
