This is a picture of Kamiya Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin. A joyous moment in time from either books 1 or 2, not sure which. ^^ I altered the color of her outfit + such so that it would match her personality of happy and joyance for the occassion.

For the coloring, I apologize since I didn't exactly color everything in properly. Y-Y sometimes I go through a picture so that I could just get it done and over with to move on to the next one.... so the coloring pencils didn't exactly well, work all too well.
