well since we are in the weird business today let me ask you:
who would win between a Transformer a Gi-Joe agent and a Pony?
the catch is:
--the Transformer is quite small and can only transform into a scooter
--the Gi-Joe agent has no experience and its only weapons are a Nail gun and a kitchen knife
--The pony is a normal ground Pony but is a pyromaniac and is now holding a Gasoline tank and matches

See, If Rainbow Dash, A Pegasus, of which is presumably not as strong as an earth pony can break a whole barn, then this earth pony has the strength advantage plus fire.
If my guess is correct, both transformers and GI-Joe agents are vulnerable to blunt trauma and fire.
So yes, The pony.
