Yes, Minerva's shoulder roundness is very important to her character, she can vamp someone only with one move of her shoulder.

A few things I noticed:
-Both character's eyes are way too large and anime looking. Minerva also needs eyelids & eyelashes, too.
-Minerva's shoulders need to be rounded off, they're too square.
-The bangs on Hello Nurse need to be more fluffy and round, they don't end in sharp points. Her waist should be thinner, hips wider, and her arms/legs/thighs should be thinner. And her feet should be a bit smaller.
