Rarity as Radiance was the best part of the episode, IMO the only pony to really take full advantage of her powers and the idea of Rarity as a Lantern kind of makes sense with how creative she is, makes for good constructs.

So basically, Power Ponies is an amalgamation of different superheroes from both Marvel and DC:
AJ: Wonder Woman
RD: Thor/Captain Marvel
Rarity: Green Lantern
Pinkie: The Flash
Fluttershy: The Incredible Hulk
Spike: Robin
Twilight's superhero equivalent would probably have to be the most original. I'm not into Superhero comics myself, most of what I know about them comes from the Internet, the animated shows, and Atop the Fourth Wall videos.

I think Spike is supposed to be Gleek the space monkey.
Too bad we did not really see what superhero Twilight is capable off, because the episode ended, before she learned how to use her powers.
Everypony else was just doing things they normally do, like making weather or being creative.

Twilight is supposed to be like Cyclops from X-Men, except she has more varied magic blasts whereas Cyclops shoots lasers.

Both fire beams, but the difference is Twilight has trouble using her beams at all (she tries to fire them like she would magic) while Cyclops can't turn them off.

i figured out what superheros twilight and the gang have become.
Twilight: cyclops

also, the villain's back story is the same as the joker's in the original Tim Burton's batman. she also uses her hair like doc ock uses his robot arms.

Twilight's powers are a bit hard to pin down since she can switch blast types but I guess she could be cyclops, its not a great fit but it works.
Rainbow Dash I would say is Thor. Maybe a bit of Storm mixed in but she uses that Lightning bolt Necklace to control storms like Thor uses Mjolnir to bring the Thunder.
Applejack seems to be a bit of a mix between wonder woman and batman (she has the throwing horseshoes as well as the lasso) but the influence from Wondie is predominant.
I agree with your assessment of Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie.
Spike is basically all Sidekicks at their most useless. So the outfit is mainly robin, but he's also a bit like Bucky (Captain America's sidekick) and all the other non-powered sidekicks that were mainly there to be useless or comic relief.
And the Villain does have one of the Joker back stories (it predates Burton's movie) and her power set and appearance greatly resembles the Powerpuff girl villain Sedusa.

That a villain from the Power Puff girls has the same power set as an existing comic book character does not surprise me.
