Seems I was on the money for my guesses, And Star Sapphire basically has the same power set as Green Lantern so it still counts.

I love how they specified Spike/Humdrum as Burt Ward's Robin. Ah that hilarious era of Batman, I fondly remember watching that show when I was young (Some TV station used to air the old reruns back in the 90's).
