Either they forgot to put wings on her in that frame on the show or the hind legs are her wings and they drawn it a little too low

Yeah, it was the latter. When she folded her wings in, they ended up probably a bit too low, so the wing we could see kinda looks like her hind leg instead. derpicdn.net/img/view/2015/4/1…
So the way you drew that wing in the second version looks nicer, although technically you could quibble and say that means she has four wings now, since that little curve at the bottom actually already was her wing. But I don't think anyone's gonna notice unless they read these comments.
