Apparent/Non-Apparent Features: Blue eyes. Wearing armor plated pants.

Personality/Backstory: Her real name is Abigail Sparks. She is the older sister of Sue [link] by about 3 years. She gets along with her sister quite well, and is constantly looking out for her. She and her sister both received their powers from the same incident, which may be why they are bonded closely.

She is usually quite friendly to others and outgoing. When there is a problem, though, she normally steps up and is able to calmly and rationally deal with a situation. That is not to say everything always goes smoothly, but she is almost always able to keep a cool head.

Weapons/Skills: Has minor electrical abilities, mostly just enough to cause an extra jolt with her attacks. However, physically she is quite strong, and mentally as well. She usually is not able to be deterred from her tasks. She is normally with her sister, who has the greater electrical prowess, and together they can normally defeat any foe quite easily.
