Description Apparent/Non Apparent features: Real name is Robin. A human, but her body temperature is abnormally low so her skin is blue (this is probably not how skin works) Her hair is blue and icy. Also her eyes are blue.

Personality/Backstory: Robin discovered her icy powers at a young age, but was always mischievous and never really did anything with them. She might use them to play pranks on others or maybe mess around with them while she was bored, but otherwise lived as normally as a blue girl could. One day she was walking home late at night, when a couple of thugs pushed her into an alley. She was so terrified that she was frozen in fear, but luckily some others heard the thugs yelling, and went to investigate. They chased the thugs off, and made sure she was okay. She was grateful, and became inspired to use her powers to help others. After a little time, she became quite confident in using her powers to fight.

She is still quite mischievous, though, and will still cause trouble just for a laugh. Often times she may freeze her foes in place and then taunt them. Still, she can be quite friendly with others if she isn't purposely annoying them.

Weapons/Powers: Has an abnormally low body temperature and can create and manipulate ice into projectiles or even shielding or encasements if she tries hard enough. Though, as her body temperature is lower than normal, the temperature always feels much warmer to her

I love the CoX creator! How did you take the screenshot?

Well, I'm guessing same thing happens for everyone in that whenever you try to screenshot the costume creation screen you just get black.

What I do is just open up something else and have it over top of the creator, of course not obscuring the costume, and then print screen that program. When you go to paste it in paint then it shows up for some reason, and then I can anally take pictures of different angles and slap them all together

I don't know if the latest issue fixes or breaks or whatevers whatever I do right/wrong, as they tend to change things and I haven't really tried it out

Thank you very much, actually. I will have to do that - I know it is silly and contrived, but there are a lot of such characters I would love to upload.

Oh yes, you should definitely do it. I like seeing all the characters and what-not people come up with. Be sure to include at least a little background on them, its slightly annoying when you see an interesting design and nothing other than that (I am guilty of this, though)
