Personality

Tex is a very nervous, curious, and scared man. Since he was created inside of a lab, he is curious on the outside world, but is also scared of it. He dislikes big groups and way bigger monsters, especially those that created him. He does have trust issues too and often likes to hide away from others that he doesn’t know.

He is also extremely defensive and will often become violent if anyone appears to be threatening him. When he isn’t any of these other emotions, he is quiet and will actually try to be sneaky to grab food or other items, but it is hard since he is unable to change into a human form.

If he feels not threatened, he will be cautious and approach the person that is trying to talk to him. He can have conversations, but he can get distracted very easily and will often begin to talk without thinking. He wants to know more about the outside world as a whole, but without bad confrontations.

Likes: Sweets (chocolate mostly), yarn, picking at his scars when nervous (calms him down), people that don’t confront him, hiding, purring when being touched nicely, getting scratched behind his ears, defending himself, butterflies and other animals, protecting those that he likes, art, fireplaces, plants

Weapons

- Razor Tails: He has dual tails that are as sharp as a sharpened scythe. They are very dangerous, but he has the ability to harden or soften them depending on his mood and actions. They also have barbed wire wrapped on them from where he escaped the lab, they are painless to him.

- Claws: His claws can secrete a toxin that can cause hallucinations and odd behavior from whoever is scratched, it does take awhile to activate though.

- Sharp Teeth: His teeth are a mixture of a human’s and a cat’s, very sharp and strong.

Magic Skills

- Demon Mode: When angered, his strength, senses, and mood shifts to become more powerful. His eyes turn completely black and he will destroy anything that seems threatening to him. This also unlocks more powers for him to use.

- Deadly Flames: He is able to manipulate fire and can create it out of his ears and mouth. They are always blue if he uses this, which is the hottest flame.

- Razor Stab: A blue flame surrounds his tails and he is able to stab others with them and drain them of their life energy and abilities.

- Future Sight: He is able to see a few minutes into the future when upset, allowing him to predict the movement of those trying to harm him.

- Voice Mimicry: He is able to mimic the voices of those that he’s heard before.

- Regeneration: He is able to regenerate body parts or his tails. (brain and heart doesn’t count)

- Wall Crawling: He is able to climb up and down walls and objects.

- Fire Detonation: When he gets too upset, his ears will begin to show his blue flames and he will explode everything around him in a blue flame. This drains him of most of his energy and can actually cause scars to form.

- Immunity: He is immune to poison, freezing, and heat

- Immortality: Age cannot kill him.

- Nice Landing: He lands on his hands and feet without issue.

- Night Vision: He can see in the dark.

- Shadow Cloak: He is able to cloak himself in the shadows.

- Animal Communication: He is able to speak to and understand animals.

- Slime Zombification: When too far into his angered state (basically uncontrollable), he can cause slime to drip from the barbed-wire area of his tails. Anyone that comes in contact with the black slime can become zombies for him to manipulate, but only while he is out of control. He is often in deep pain during this too and will attack anyone, including those that he loves.

- Universe Travel: He is only able to do this when enraged and it can result in him becoming knocked out after use.

Tex was created as an experiment by human-hating monster scientists in a laboratory. This laboratory’s main focus was to create a creature so powerful that human kind would fear it/be killed by it, but after many failed attempts of creating such a creature, they started to give up. Of course, after two whole years of attempts, they finally managed to have a successful run, or did they? Tex was the very first experiment that had survived all the harsh testing and DNA shifts that they were doing to several DNA strands, but his appearance was not what they were looking for.

Tex was stuck inside of a glass container for an extra month as they monitored his heart rate and brain activity. One day, Tex woke up and started to freak out inside of the glass container, resulting in the scientists opening it up for him to finally breathe fresh air. The second Tex opened his eyes, the scientists rushed to him and explained to him that he was a successful experiment to a point, but he needed extra work. Tex was unable to understand what they were saying, so they quickly placed him into his own little classes after getting Juliet, their other main scientist, to take care of him for awhile. After being cared for, Tex was quickly placed into several different training courses, one always worse than the other, and was often punished for failing them.

Juliet, the female scientist, always did patch Tex's wounds after each horrible training session and actually developed feelings towards Tex. Of course, Tex did begin to feel the same, but kept his mouth shut up until the very last day of his training. At the end of his training session, it was revealed that Tex was combined with Juliet's deceased husband's DNA by Juliet herself. This led the fairy female and him to do their own experiment with each other, they were caught during the act but was not confronted until the next morning. Juliet was taken away as they both slept and Tex was forced into a deeper sleep and was strapped down for future punishment. Thanks to not being able to succeed in awakening his abilities plus the romantic relationship with Juliet, Tex was to be killed by the same organization that created him.

After he woke up, Tex was forced into a chamber that would slowly take out all of his oxygen, killing him in the process. It almost worked, but as he struggled, it managed to unlock his true potential and he caused blue flames to erupt from his form, blowing off the door and also killing several scientists in the process. He also used his sharp tails to drain the life force from the lead scientist. Afterwards, he had to run away before more members would appear. Sadly, he did eventually find Juliet, but she was also punished and was found hanging from a tree. Tex, being unable to understand what death was, only thought that she was sick/cold/joking around. He eventually had no choice but to leave her body, but he covered her up because he feared that she would become even more cold without his clothes.

Now, he is the target for the Grey Court and also for the other organization members.

I hope that you guys love him, designing him was a blast and I love him so very much! Also, I finally did a drawing! Yay! Time to rest my wrist for awhile and then I can do another!
