It is not finished - I will detail the background and replace the floor's designs, and fix several other things, eventually.

As for the image itself... it's from Birthday Man's stage! It would be like a secret stage from my imaginary Mega Man game.
Mets resemble chocolate cakes, and Shield Attackers and Bombs have party hats!

Except from Mega Man (and the health bars, although I colored Mega man and the grey health bar), I made everything else... of course, all of the enemies have pixel errors (the Met has a few errors, the Shield Attacker has a lot of errors, and the bomb is missing three white pixels that act as reflections from light).

Mega Man is owned by Capcom. Image was made by me.

P.S. Oh, and I know proportions are wrong - also, the weapon is supposed to be Rocket Man's weapon.
