You absolutely outdone yourself! I like the way you made her shoes! (my "ref's" shoes is a bit vague and dumb, may I use these shoes? lol, weird question
The background is very nice, as in seriously nice.
I can't get over the way you draw your hair, it is very flewend (how do one spell that? lol) I don't know how to explain it, but the hair is very nice
And, once again, YOUR WATERCOLOUR! How long have you been working with watercolour, I just HAVE to know. You make light and shade with it and it looks really.... errr... peaceful? I don't know what word to use, but it is really beautiful and stunning. 
What do you use for the lineart? It looks really as if it have nice pressure.
But, bottom line is, I really fell in love with this piece, here is my new background

Of course you can use the shoe's (yes i did improvise it a bit ^_^') but dont worries 
Drawing hair is my favorite part!! I just loved working with the flicks and making them twirl in the breeze!
With the watercolour? Ive been working with it for a year now!
Lineart: I usually use a biro pen, you know
