Yes, he is! He's very lovable, and I hope we'll have him a long time. However, he does have neurological problems, likely from injury in the womb or at birth. He has tremors and weak legs. But, he tries so hard to keep jumping and running. He even got to be outdoors this summer, which seemed to make him so happy. He was with his brother, Twinkie Twinkletoes, who showed him how to climb the smoke tree. They can hide there and often sleep there.
Now that the weather is turning colder, he and Twinkie come indoors and don't beg to go out too often. It makes me a lot happier to know they're safe indoors.

Poor thing, I'm glad he's happy and doing well.
Do they have leashes?
If so you could walk them outside when it gets warmer so they can get out and they'll be safe.
Our if they're not a fan of that you could make them a nice area outside to play in that's closed of so they can't get out of the yard and nothing can get in after them

We wouldn't be able to walk them, even if they allowed leashes, which is doubtful. I have limited mobility, and Mom is nearly 90 and not steady on her feet.
We don't have anywhere enclosed for them. We couldn't afford fencing, which definitely wouldn't stop our guys anyway. It would be nice to have that electronic fencing I've read about, but that would be far above our disability/retirement incomes.
So, we have to hope they'll stay close to us and/or comeback to us after adventures. Sometimes, they don't. That's why I made this piece of art: in memory of our missing pets:

Yeah, it always scares me when our dog gets out, but she always comes back. She knows where home is
