A random sketch after I spent hours doing some shadowing exercises for the drawing course!

I took the little unicorn statue my mom gave me as Xmas gift and began with the idea of drawing a portrait of it, then I added the wings and in the end it doen't resemble it

About unicorns, there's a song I particularly like.. "last winged unicorn", by Rhapsody of Fire. I love all their music..

Uno sketch fatto in fretta dopo aver speso qualche ora sopra un enorme disegno di tende sovrapposte - un esercizio sulle ombre per il corso di disegno dal vero.

All'inizio avevo preso una piccola statua di unicorno - regalo natalizio di mia mamma - per farne un ritratto, poi però ci ho aggiunto le ali... insomma, non c'entra.

A proposito di unicorni, adoro la canzone "last winged unicorn" dei Rhapsody... adoro tutta la loro musica, comunque.
