That popped up in my video (my first "YTP", although it really wasn't a YTP, more of a "random" Myst video referencing Mama Luigi) because I had chemistry homework that day.
I had to draw a picture of Jello because of the chemicals in it or something, I don't actually remember why I had to. So when I worked on the video I thought that I was done with all of my homework and had plenty of free time, but then remembered the homework.
At the time I was working on the Microsoft Sam sections and that just seemed like a perfectly odd thing for Atrus to say (being so food obsessed and all).
