OH MAI FRIKIN LADY GAGA TETO KASANE IN PROJECT DIVA 2ND, IMPOSSIBLE D8lol yes Teto is now a downloadable costume for Miku, even though it's assigned as a costume for her, it's not Miku cosplaying as her but rather Teto herself, SEGA probably just didn't want to maek costumes for her or anything

Well they can't because Project Diva only has crypton characters, which includes deratives, Such as Haku, Neru, Tako luka, Hachune Miku, Ca Calne ( Which they've added on a few cameos ) and the most recently recongonized teto, they can't legally add characters from other companies like Miki or Gumi of anything like that without having to go the extra mile, which really isn't worth it to them

Which isn't legally possible due to copyright issues since Project Diva is only for Crypton characters and Teto has recently been accepted as a Crypton deritive so yeah o3o
There is some guy in my deviantwatch making a PD Gumi tho that's actually going to be in the game
