This is a pinnacle side character in Wings of Nialoca, and the guy who sets out heroes on their adventure. Here he is, ready to drop his eye in his magic Pool of Sight.
Telyer is an old and secluded nutjob who operates in Mt. Graveyard. A friend to the capitol state of Cayal, Telyer loves freaking people out and talking about his wild experiments, many of which have harmed him. As a result, he's sown on pieces of other skins to keep his body. His species is a Phaon, a bat-like creature who often dwells in forsts and caves.
