This is an amazing piece! My fav detail is #3, something about that composition is quite lovely.

A kaleidoscopic delight of baroque imigary and heath robinson contraptions. An exquisite piece of art and a pleasure to explore. It set off so many other ideas and images as I let my eyes wander over all the hidden detail. The limited colour range unifies the sculpture and sets of the gold detailing to wonderful effect. Most excellent.

Thanks. I appreciate that reference. What is it about these complex wonder machines that captivate us so? I was have an exchange with this DA artist Tassou, who makes incredible sculptures out of technotrash ([link] ), and he was talking about the fact that our technologies will soon become so small that the artifacts will be invisible.
