Second type of reference done on the new templates, still on the fence it kind of works out in a way, did do things differently with the refined sketches so they are less messy.
Marcus is back, haven't drawn him in many years but he is back after some tweaking. Also a return of gloves from early concepts of him, just something to protect his hands.

He may be always hunched over, doesn’t talk normally and is joyful in his own world. Marcus is not a character to be messed with as he is very intelligent and contains brute strength.

Marcus is the son of Harie and Fresa, living a seemingly quiet life though he tends to get picked on due to many things about him but he is completely unphased and will not think twice to use his strength against those who dare to tread past the line.
He is mainly a joyful type that always looks like he is in his own world, his intelligence comes from being fully aware of what goes on and being able to solve problems. Yet is known to not be able to hold things correctly at times.
Though others have to piece together what he says due to his slightly slurred speech and his sentences missing the occasional words.

Even though he is full of happiness his anger is not to be messed with, being capable of harsh blows with his arms and barreling over someone like a bull as he sprints on all fours. Luckily his anger is a rare thing to trigger, only to be protective or to stand his ground.
He is one of the rare Swamp species to have a more acidic flame rather than smoke, he tends to breathe this out as a fireball rather than a stream.
Marcus is also quite obedient, taking in instructions easily without questioning. The only time he refuses if he knows some trickery is involved.

His father Harie is protective over him, who spends most of the time taking care of him.
His mother Fresa acts more distant but does interact and keeps a watchful eye on her son.
