Description
Dingoes are the wild dogs of Australia...sort of. They are closely related to the white-footed wolf of Asia. Unlike dogs, Dingoes do not bark, but they do howl as a means of communication. There are other similarities to other animals, too: they can turn their heads a full 180 degrees like an owl and they can swivel their wrists like humans can, allowing them to catch their prey, climb trees, and even open doors. Farmers consider them pests while others consider them pets, although it is illegal to keep a dingo as a pet in most of Australia.---
Speaking of dogs and pets, this Dingo is giving a heart to Vets Beyond Borders an animal-based charity that helps homeless dogs and cats.
