"Woah!"

Bouncing Goofyjunior stepped down below, followed quickly by Large Strongspirit. She held up her torch and looked around with her luminous eyes.
"Oh, my, Mira. This place is amazing!"
She tried to clap her small wings together but they didn't make a sound. She looked down. Oh right. Feathers.
Bouncing smiled. She looked at the small hole to the right side of the cavern. Warm light was pouring in from the hole, a few feet down the stairwell. Wow. This place is pretty amazing. There were also green vines crawling around the stairs, probably from the outer pocket of the statue. Down below she could see some kind of opening, it looked like a shop to her. Weird, a shop of all places in this place since the Beta Days. Of course she wouldn't know since she and Large came along with the Diamond Shop opened for service. The archive had a mystical aura to it, Bouncing would know since she could feel it. She waved her torch.

"Hey Bounce let's head down the stairway come on this is so exciting!" Large then quickly flew down the stairwell, forgetting Bouncing as her bone tail trailed down. Bounce just made an amused face then followed after her.
"Oh my Zios there's a hidden shop down here too!" Large looked like she was ready to explode from the excitement. Bouncing held up her torch and looked at the sign above.
It was written in Tiger Script.
Bouncing began to read the script out loud. "S.. A... L and E."

"SALE."

Large looked up at the sign. "Oh right. Forgot you could read Tiger Scratch or whatever.. Anyway!" She then went back to looking at the items in the shop. Bouncing walked over to the shop to peer into the window.
There were about 6 different items. 4 of them being for the members and 2 of them for the non-members. One of them for example was some cuffs with blue feathers on them, designed to match like Mira. She wondered how you would even pay gems here since no one was going to manage this shop. Goodness animals would steal if it wasn't for how strange this underground cavern was. There were also several Zios themed items but Bouncing didn't care much for the items in the shop. She was more interested in what this hidden archive held. She could feel a bubble of excitement in her chest.
"Hey Large look over there!" She pointed in front of them.
"Huh?" The blue flamingo turned her long neck around and looked. "Oh my glob.."
Right behind them was a large golden Zios statue, behind the monument were many, many scrolls. All in the shelves and cabinets were several of them. In front of the Zios monument were a few books and scrolls placed around the front.

Bouncing and Large walked over to the front of the Zios statue, both of them looked at each other and grinned. They snatched up the large brown book that was placed right on the front of the Zios monument. Hm.. How convenient.

"Watch it Bounce you'll burn down this whole area with you swinging that torch around! Put it away!" Large said in dismay. "Oh, right of course." Bouncing then proceeded to drop the torch on the ground, as it made a large clang on the solid floor. Bouncing looked back up to see Large's unimpressed beak of a face.
"What? You don't expect me to walk back out of the archive to put it out do you?" Her pure eyes flashed.
"Yeah, right.." Large then looked down at the book, dusting the pages over with her free right wing. Both of them were holding since it was a very large book. "Hey Large, look at this!" Bouncing pointed at the last page on the book. "Huh?" Large looked down at the page.

And so it was that Mira and I were charged with watching over this land and protecting all those who dwell here... -The Origins of the Guardian Spirits

Mmhm in case you didn't know there was basically this update in Animal Jam about this new area and it's called the "Forgotten Archive." AND so I got inspired and decided to draw something about it. I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD TAKE 3 GODDAMN DAYS WHAT THE FU-

So yeah I hope you like and I kid you not the backgrounds were so hard to do since I S U C at them. Which is why they took 2 days. GOD DAMNIT-
