Not sure if you've seen the Special Edition of the film but Tsu'Tey does actually die. In the end after Jake's battle with Quaritch they find Tsu'Tey wounded in the forest, where he makes Jake the Clan leader and asks Jake to kill him, because he was in pain and was going to die anyway from his wounds. it was quite a sad scene

Sorry though about Tsu'tey. If you read the original script, there's a scene that got cut for time involving him. Jake finds him after the battle, dying. Before he dies he tells Jake he was proud to fight alongside him. So yeah... He's dead. No sequel for poor Tsu'tey. Maybe the next movie will have flashbacks of him? d^_^b

4) Tsu'Tey is one of the most depressing characters ever made. His girlfriend and throne were taken away by the same man and since that man is Toruk Makto, he has to listen to everything he does. Worse yet, HE DIES. But yes, I totally agree. He will somehow resurrect himself and come back to kick ass!
