It's official. I cannot draw Tsutey no matter how many times I try. And he totally looks like a stoner in panel 6. Oh well.
There's about 8 seperate jokes in here, all mashed together because I was too lazy to make seperate comics. YEY DISCOMBOBULATED CELL PHONES.
