Description
This is just some concept art for Glitch Hunters, a Super Smash Bros. AU I'm working on. I've drawn art for it before, but basically it's an AU where instead of the characters fighting each other, they work with each other to fight glitch monsters and other bad guys. It has the lineup of the fighters in the current games, assist trophies, stage bosses, and subspace emissary bosses. The characters that were in previous games but were kicked out, like Pichu, basically became corrupted and are dangerous to be around.
Pichu is a major villain in this AU, since she has great intelligence and her corrupted body makes her a bigger threat than before. She wants to overthrow Master Hand and take over, to help prevent any other characters from being corrupted from Master Hand's uncaring leadership. Smash balls are like they are in the games, if a character has one they become powerful and can use their final smash, which gets rid of effect. But, if a corrupted character gets one, things could go pretty bad.
I drew most of this in a stream yesterday, thanks to everyone that attended! It was super fun and I'll definitely stream again! I added the glitch effect this morning, and I hope it looks nice on it.
