P.S. You calculated right, but I count each shaded character separately, unless it's 1 color used on everyone, i.e. black color just slapped on as a shading. When it's proper shading, I calculate every character separately.
So +5EXP for headshot +5EXP for shaded, you have 3 characters there so it's 10EXP x 3 = 30EXP +5EXP for simple background
