Nice tho the background and the character stand out too much from eachother... Like they had been made by diffirent people. I gues thats because the character has a very visible outline made with thick lines while the trees and everything else in the background dont have an outline at all.

Thanks, yeah I'm in the process of transitioning out of doing lineart at all so some of my stuff is kinda awkward right now because of it.

The picture is good but you need to unify the final style especially in lineart.
Background without line, skin and dress with black line and hair with color line...choose the line that you like more and try to make all the picture with the same (or only with few changes, not so contrasted).

Yeah that's actually cuz I hate doing lineart and am in the process of transitioning away from it. The reason the hair is light is cuz it didn't look good black like the rest of the lineart.

Personally y prefer make dark lineart (but not black)with less thickness.

I just struggle with lineart in general, my hands shake a lot so I redraw just about every line ten times, so it's just frustrating. I'm trying out some lineless stuff currently and hopefully I can switch to that and be more consistent in my art.

Well, practice improves all but I understand your situation.
Choose your favourite form to draw,works a lot and from time to time test other styles, this will enrich your work.
