"Flandre Scarlet is waiting for something to happen in her life"I was too sad bored in the morning so I made this Flan-chan.I wish I could draw her better..lately I have notice I suck drawing Flandre.. I can never mix her cuteness, kindnes and lunatic..ess in my drawings at the same time. I hope one day she will forgive me ^^
