Rimuru:

-Reincarnated by God like being
-Being evolved into god like being
-Ruler of entire nation, full of monsters with the same level of loyalty to Rimuru, as guardians have to Ainz
-Has a fear of being eaten like a regular slime (no joke, that's actually a thing)

Me too, but at the same time, i don't think Slime and Demon Lord would ever getting involve in Isekai Quartet. first of all, Isekai Quartet is chibi-style isekai crossover that all isekai animes such as Overlord, Konosuba, Re:Zero and Saga of Tanya the Evil are published by Kadokawa Corporation, and second of all, other isekai animes such as Slime and Demon Lord are published by other corporation rather than Kadokawa Corporation, so it probably won't happening. (I didn't mentioned Shield Hero since it also published by Kadokawa Corporation)

Not that I’m complaining or anything but isn’t it a little odd to have 3 Isekai that are fairly modern & well known only to have 1 that’s s pretty old & obscure (kind of a contrast to Isekai Quartet that had 4 that were all fairly modern & well known)

Also it kind of ruins the pattern they were going for in Isekai Quartet
Subaru & Ainz were transported while Kazuma & Tanya were reincarnated, giving a balanced perspective
here, 3 of them were transported but only 1 was reincarnated, in all honesty it might been better to use someone reincarnated instead (that’s how I personally see it anyway)

Three of them would be great additions and I will pay the creators of Isekai Quartet to add them in I haven’t looked at Ixion Saga DT yet but instead of that I would prefer In Another World With My Smartphone it’s an interesting anime and I like it
