I would rather have a more skimpier outfit, but well, I decided to go for what I was asked (since she is 10 or something -__-) Note: her version in the drawing is older than 10 :V... like 14 or 15 I think...

I have done my best to answer my status on request and suggestions. In this drawing there is a link to said journal.
You are from the people who simply read "request" and ignore the rest of the comment. I have tried my best to avoid that/those f-ing specific(s) question(s) (do/take/make request).
So it is offensive because you just come. And ask for a request without bothering reading the artist comments, where I point a journal to try to answer that particular question.

There was this one artist who drew Hikari/Dawn and Haruka/May as adults so he could put them in more revealing outfits. He also did Misty and all but Dawn were fairly busty.
Honestly if you're going to draw a minor in a sexualized form age them up to at least a teenager or to be on the safe side, age them up to 18 (the age of consent in California and a few other states) just to make sure the police don't come a-knocking at your door.

The last part. In theory the first part is true since DA states that in order to sexualize a character, he/she must be 18+ through the average of the series. So take for example totally spies, there are like 6 seasons, each season is a year (I believe) they star at the age of 16 and end at 22 they average is 19 so they were legal for DA standards after season 4-5
