This is an interesting villain. In the stream, you did mention that she might've been created by Bowser, and her possible name would've been the Doll Princess. She's as cute as she is diabolical :3
Since Peach is now, a doll, I would assume she wouldn't feel physical pain anymore. Even then, most people would be hard-pressed to attack since it's still Peach and they wouldn't want to hurt her even as she's pounding them into the ground.
The outfit could either be just a cosplay with no real power or it could be a powered replica of Daisy after that comic and pic; in the latter case, Peach would end up as quite the formidable bodyguard despite looking just adorable in the outfit :3
All in all, a neat way to spit the idea :3

I think her conscious was kind of fading while in that body, when the Doll Princess put the clothes she kind of make the doll living-like

The Doll Princess Stranger-than-usual things were happening in the Mushroom Kingdom.
Unnatural, castle-like facilities were appearing all over the countryside with no indication as to who built them. Some reports even put a facility or two well within Bowser's dark and fiery realm. At the same time, people from both areas were vanishing, particularly those who were last seen near these structures. Princess Peach ordered the investigation of one such facility that had sprung up literally overnight near her castle. Mario and Luigi volunteered to examine one that was further away while Peach herself led the investigation into the closer one.
Both parties met up with each other. Toad and Yoshi accompanied the Mario Bros while two Toads wielding spears flanked the princess. They bid adieu to one another and parted ways for their respective destinations.

Cure Flora is from "Go! Princess Pretty Cure". It's actually considered one of the best Pretty Cure seasons to date, so I do recommend giving it watch.
