Mym and Notte are arguing about whether or not Notte's really a Dragon. Since she clearly looks like a fairy. Zethia shows up and Notte tells her to explain why they are as dragon as Mym, they all begin to hear a Hypnotic Melody. One that entrances those of Dragon Blood, Origin, etc. Leaving them all hypnoed, and awaiting orders as someone jokes that they're all dragons.
